Quick and Easy Breakfast: Banana Berry Smoothies

Breakfast times can be a little crazy at the house. I usually don't have the ability to sit down and eat (due mostly to the fact that I prefer to sleep at this time). With a smoothie, I am able to make it quickly, and bring it with me in the car. Mmmmmm.....

Ingredients

Preparation

Put the banana, berries, yogurt and milk into the blender. Hit the button. If you find the smoothie a little tart, try adding some more banana as they are rather sweet. Enjoy!

It is much easier to drink if you are using a large straw. This allows the seeds to keep from being stuck in the straw. I also have a mustache, and prefer not to get the smoothie stuck in it.

The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
